- Configure Memory Settings (optional)
- Set default file formats to Office XP
- Install Google Earth
- Install Google Picasa
- Install iTunes
- Set up all the desktop shortcuts
- Remove IE shortcut
- Rename Firefox shortcut to "Internet"
- Add GMail "Email" shortcut
- Add "My Photos" shortcut
- Setup "New Document" desktop shortcut
- Turn XP Automatic Updates on & update
- Download a bunch of family pictures if possible
- Defrag the drive
- Set up router @ Mom's house
- Configure printer @ Mom's house
